our roots

In 2016, after 39 years Holly passed her rolling pin to pastry chef and new owner, Stephanie Smith. As the new owners of Holly B's Bakery, we look forward to providing your old favorites, while also introducing you to some new treats.

We’re committed to providing local products whenever possible. Our island is rich in agricultural history and we frequently have an abundance of island-grown fresh fruits and vegetables to add to our baked goods.

In 2017 we began the transition to using flour grown and milled in the Skagit Valley. All of our flour comes from Cairnspring Mills in Burlington. We’re excited to introduce you to the nuances of different varieties of wheat while also supporting local farmers. More information regarding the mill and their mission can be found on their website.
